About Frank Gaskell

Stories are exciting, and everyone has a story; a bio. Frank Gaskell is a 32-year-old blogger and translator. He writes about marketing tips for translators. Born on November 24th, 1985, Frank lives in Denver City.

There is always a reason for everything, and having the answer behind every “why” in the awakening of something new is always of the great essence. The reason behind doing something says it all, makes the journey worthwhile. Frank Gaskells decided to start his blog for a couple of reasons.

Why I decided to start my blog

No freelance translator rejoices in an unstable flow of work. The instability is caused by a lack of knowledge on how to help clients find you, or help you find new clients. I thereby started my blog about marketing tips for translators for a couple of reasons;

  1. To share my experiences with new people in the field of translation
  2. To give freelance translators great confidence as they start a successful journey and get to market their services
  3. Providing definite and clear instructions on selling themselves
  4. To help translators avoid the many common mistakes made through the tight market of translation.

To earn visibility online, a blog is a key feature of a translator’s website. With blogging becoming more popular in the localization and translation industries, it is with no doubt that freelance translators have achieved mainstream popularity. With the same insight, this blog is the hub for the marketing tips; it will make translating the best thing since sliced bread.
