There Is No Success Without a Successor
So, we’re talking about Chris Hill. Do you know who he is? Well, I didn’t, until recently. He was the youth pastor at T.D. Jakes’ church for a number of years and now he travels and speaks at churches and conferences. Chris Hill spoke at our church a few weeks ago and it was out-of-this-world! (do people still say that?)
It was really a lot of fun as I happened to be leading worship that morning and he integrated the music into his sermon and altar call.
His sermon was life changing for me. He spoke about Mary and her interaction with the angels after Jesus had risen. Tons of great revelation!
After this morning of revelatory interaction with Chris Hill, I checked out his website. I found a couple videos there that really got me thinking. Below is a clip of him talking about Moses and Joshua and the leadership dynamic between the two. It’s a fantastic word that has inspired me to also dig into these scriptures. From this, I have gained further revelation for my own life that has helped me greatly with some issues I’ve been dealing with.
Some people don’t like preachers who shout. I say, bring it on! It’s time to wake up a little and get excited in church!
